We arrived in
Daytona early Thursday and were able to register almost immediately after
arriving at the track. We then discovered
that the track was open and we could go to see some of the cars. Shortly after getting in we learned that
they were taking “the Picture” out on |

Friday
evening they introduced just about every driver that ever drove a 917 or
962. We got to talk to many but as
things worked out only one picture.
Lin got to talk with Elliot Forbs Robinson, George Follmer,
Sam Posey, Derrick Bell, David Hobbs, just to name a few of the dozens that
were there. |
